We want you to be happy with your order. Here’s exactly when we refund or replace an item, and how to reach us.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we’ll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund — including any shipping you paid.

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and a clear photo or short video showing the issue.

Orders that don’t arrive

If your tracking shows the order as lost in transit, or it never arrives, contact us and we’ll resend it or refund you in full.

Change of mind

Because every order ships directly from our fulfilment warehouse, we’re not able to accept change-of-mind returns once an order has shipped. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible — if the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll cancel it and refund you in full.

How to start a claim

Email nebulosastore.official@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We respond within 24–48 hours and, once approved, issue refunds to your original payment method (the card used at checkout) within 14 business days.
